Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed due to a change of mind.
If you need to request a cancellation for another reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed if your order has already entered processing or has been prepared for shipment.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. During pre-orders, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
