Orders will be processed and shipped promptly. Please note that Pre Order items may experience variable shipping dates based on the release schedule in Korea.

For orders designated for in-store pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its expected arrival through your chosen shipping service.
