At KPOP Store in USA, we strive to provide the best possible online shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes, items may not meet your expectations, and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we have a refund policy in place to ensure that you are able to return or exchange items that meet certain criteria.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any unopened merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In addition, any opened or used merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. However, if you receive a defective lightstick, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Shipping the Merchandise

If your return or exchange is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us. Please ensure that the merchandise is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that it meets the criteria for a refund or exchange, we will process your request within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
