5.1. We accept returns of Products within 14 days of your receipt of the Products, provided that the Products are in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept returns of any opened or used Products, except in the case of a defect.
5.2. If you wish to return a Product, you must contact us at kpopstoreinusa@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the Products.
5.3. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned Products, less any shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of our receipt of the returned Products.
6. Exceptions to Return Policy
6.1. Any open merchandize, including albums and merchandise, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a defective lightstick.
6.2. If you receive a defective lightstick, you must contact us at kpopstoreinusa@gmail.com within 30 days of your receipt of the lightstick to obtain a return authorization. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective lightstick, less any shipping and handling charges, within 14 days of our receipt of the returned defective lightstick.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of KPOP Store in USA or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
7.2. You may not use any content on our website for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
